Renaissance commissions its first Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station

Renaissance has commissioned its first Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station — an employee-led initiative by the Future Energy Leaders Network — at its Industrial Area in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

Renaissance has commissioned its first Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station at the Renaissance Africa Energy Company Industrial Area in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

This milestone initiative was conceived by our Future Energy Leaders (FEL) Network — an independent, employee-led grassroots community that empowers and connects our people — and delivered in partnership with our Real Estate Department.

This employee-driven project demonstrates what is possible when bold ideas are matched with cross-functional collaboration and strong leadership support. Designed in-house and built by Renaissance engineers, the facility enables greener commuting options for our people and represents a tangible step toward reducing our operational carbon footprint.

Commissioned on 15 April 2026 by our MD/CEO, Tony Attah, the charging station embodies our C.R.I.S.P. values — Collaboration, Respect, Integrity, Safety, and Performance — in action. And this is only the beginning.
